Returning In the City Camps families can log in and register here. Click “Retrieve/Set Password” if you forgot your password. Once you have logged in, select Camper Application to register and update your information.
Upon registration, families will receive a confirmation email with further information. An informational email with details about the Zoom link, schedule, supplies, etc. will be sent the week before ITC@Home Winter Camp begins.
The entire balance of camp fees is due at the time of registration.
A $10 per change per child fee will be applied for changes in camper sessions. All changes are based on availability. We request that families notify us of date changes as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be received via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the City Camps will honor cancellation refund requests as follows:
- Cancellations made at least three days prior to the start of a session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations past the deadline will receive a prorated refund. (Example: Cancel the Saturday before camp begins on Monday and receive a prorated refund for the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions of that week. Cancel the Sunday before camp begins and receive a prorated refund for the Wednesday session of that week.)
- No camp fees will be refunded if requested after the start of the week’s session. In the City Camps does not provide refunds for absences, late arrivals, or early dismissals of campers.
