Sunday, March 13 at 2 PM – LIVE on our INSTAGRAM

Join us as we kick off Purim with a Hamentashen Bake live on Instagram with Twin Made Bakery!
Together we’ll cook, laugh, and get excited for the holiday!

Ingredients and Directions for Hamentashen Bake

We will be starting with dough we prepared ahead of time. We suggest you do the same (but it’s not necessary)!

  • 1 stick of unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of milk (whole)
  • Splash of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour (plus more for the rolling process)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Jams, Nutella, etc. (however many you want to fill them)!

Beat the butter and sugar together (until fluffy) using a stand mixer (with paddle attachment) or a hand mixer. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla and beat until combined.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Then add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour.

See you Sunday, March 13, 2022 – 2 PM – LIVE on our INSTAGRAM!

ENJOY!
HAPPY PURIM!
